A native Washingtonian, Linda began her dance training at Incarnation Dance Group in Washington, DC. With over 10 years of choreography and teaching experience, Linda’s greatest achievement is being considered a role model.
Linda received the Sponsor’s Award for her leadership as Captain of the Dance Squad at H.D. Woodson Sr. High School, where she graduated as Salutatorian. Grounded as an academic, and driven to pursue her love for all things dance, she later graduated with Departmental Honors from Mount Vernon College at George Washington University with a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Communications and a minor in Performing Arts.
Interested in pursuing community outreach projects, Linda created Jus Danz, where she was the Artistic Director, Choreographer and Dance Instructor to students ages 3 - adults teaching Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, West African, Lyrical and Contemporary dance.
She has trained with Helanius J. Wilkins, Founder and Artistic Director of Edgeworks Dance Theater, Frank Hatchett at Broadway Dance Center and was a company member of Soul in Motion Players, Inc.
Linda believes in artistic inclusion and her dedication to each student’s individual needs is her top priority.
